| The Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR) launched, on 21 January 2002, the Central Office for Administrative Information, a one-stop information shop consisting of two parts: a phone help line (1700) and an internet website www.informs.gov.lb . At the time of the launch, both the help line and the website contained a list of addresses and phone numbers of ministries and public agencies as well as information about administrative procedures. |
